These terms apply when you browse grovemanseoffice.com or buy from GROVEMANSE OFFICE. They do not reduce mandatory UK consumer rights.

Store and eligibility

The store is operated by GROVEMANSE LIMITED, registered in Scotland under company number SC268675. You must provide accurate information and be legally capable of entering a contract.

Products, prices and orders

We aim to describe and photograph products accurately, but screen colours and minor presentation details may vary. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order for stock, pricing, payment, fraud-prevention, delivery or legal reasons and will refund any amount taken for a cancelled order.

Payment and fulfilment

Payment must be authorised using an accepted method at checkout. We do not accept bank transfer or buy-now-pay-later services. Shipping, cancellation, returns and refunds are governed by the policies published on this site.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You must not misuse the website, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape the site unlawfully, impersonate another person or use the site for illegal activity. Website content, branding, images and text are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

Availability and liability

We may update or temporarily suspend the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, any mandatory local consumer rights and rights to bring proceedings in your home courts are preserved. We may update these terms prospectively; the version applying to an order is the version in force when that order is placed.
