Shipping policy

We sell and deliver only within the United Kingdom, excluding the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and BFPO addresses.

Cost and timing

Shipping cost: free on every eligible UK order; no minimum spend.

Order processing: 1–2 working days.

Estimated delivery after dispatch: 3–5 working days.

Typical total estimate from order to delivery: 4–7 working days.

Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and UK public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by weather, carrier disruption, remote locations or other events outside our reasonable control.

Carriers and tracking

We may use Royal Mail, Evri, DPD or another suitable carrier. Tracking is provided when the service supports it. A dispatch confirmation will contain available tracking information.

Address checks and delivery problems

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs changing; we can change it only before dispatch. If a parcel is delayed, damaged or appears lost, email us with your order number so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

Where we do not deliver

We do not currently deliver outside the United Kingdom or to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man or BFPO addresses. Orders to excluded locations may be cancelled and refunded.
