Payment Policy

Payments are processed securely in pounds sterling. Product prices shown on the store include VAT.

Accepted methods

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Maestro and UnionPay, where the relevant method is shown as available at checkout.

Not accepted

We do not accept bank transfer, Klarna or other buy-now-pay-later services.

Authorisation and security

Payment is subject to authorisation by the card issuer and fraud-prevention checks. We may request reasonable verification or decline an order where payment cannot be authorised. Card details are handled by the payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

Charges and refunds

The checkout total shows the complete product price and any applicable delivery charge before payment. Eligible UK delivery is free. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method in accordance with the Refund Policy.
