Legal standards

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose and match their description. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed, contact us promptly. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

No reduction of rights

The 30-day return policy is additional to, and does not replace, mandatory consumer rights. Any manufacturer information or optional product guarantee also does not reduce those rights.
